Hey guys! I’ve fallen behind with my blogging again. I’ve been working long hours and for some reason ultra busy when I’m not working which has resulted in not much time to swatch or write. I’m working hard to make the time to get some swatching in, but rather go all in with the blogging and attempting to catch up, I figured I’d just start scheduling entries for when I get back from my UK trip with MsNixxy, because let’s face it – there’s no way I’ll be able to write five entries a week in between then and now, [...]

Wow. Well firstly I’m going to say that June sucked epic amounts of dog doodie. Thankfully June is now done and dusted. Don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out! At home, well things are looking up. We are still playing the catch-up game, and probably will be for most of July, but going through this mess taught us a bunch of much needed lessons about saving, spending, taking security for granted and most of all, we learned that this fluff and stuff we fill our lives with is fun, but ultimately not needed to survive. We’ve [...]

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who bid, tweeted and blogged about my auctions. Those 17 polishes raised me a whopping $830! The money helped us a huge deal, so thank you all for being so awesome. Things are looking up now and I look forward to getting back into the blogging swing of things in the very near future. *loves on all of you*

Hey guys. Sorry about the lack of posts, but my household has hit hard times and well, eating food and paying the bills and mortgage are a little more important than nail polish at the mo, so reluctantly I have listed some HTF’s on eBay. You can see my auctions here: Kaz’s Auctions So if any of you are interested you might be able to snag yourself a HTF gem. Thanks everyone for reading, and when the rainclouds pass, I’m sure I’ll be back here again with my stupid inane posts and weird rare polishes. <3

Well, maybe most of it. Firstly, I want to thank everyone who commented on my last entry, it really means a lot. Losing Kage so suddenly was quite a shock. Piled on to everthing else that has been going on, yeah… not good at all. So thanks for the kind words, the support and basically just listening. Those of you that have sent me facebook messages too, I will reply – just can’t do so from work. And thanks. So in regards to yesterday, I did have a *mostly* productive work day. I got a bunch of stuff done and [...]

As those of you that read my blog regularly might already know, I lost my Guinea Pig Kage a couple of weeks back with no warning. He was happy and healthy, but one afternoon when I got home from work he had headed off to the big carrot field in the sky. I have many animals and I love all of them as if they were my children. Kage’s passing hurt a lot. It came at a really bad time when there was a lot of other stuff going on and heaped on to everything else I probably took it [...]

I tell you guys, it has been a dead set arsehole of a week. And I’m not even half way through. Somehow, March has managed to attract a whole lot of drama and heartache into my life, and I know I am probably perpetuating the cycle by dwelling on it, but sometimes its hard not to at least think “What the f*ck?” when you get hit with a shitstorm. I’ve been hurt by people who I thought were friends, but I guess at the same time other people have come forward to lend their support, of which I am grateful. [...]

Yeah, I’m still germ infested. Sexy I tell ya. I’m a vision of beauty, if you like mucous. I made the mistake of having an action packed weekend instead of one where I curled up in bed weeping quietly and cursing the gods for influenza. But even though I feel like crap today, I had a pretty awesome weekend. I managed to fit in a visit from my younger brother & indian food, a psychic/spiritual expo (wherein I got a really awesome kit kat and the most prolifically dodgy psychic reading known to man), teppanyaki lunch, visited friends, cooked a [...]
