My son’s father used to use this…he was 155 lbs soaking wet, and even this didn’t work for him…it wasn’t until he hit 50 and his metabolism slowed down that he gained weight to about 170. Funny to see how they promoted it back then…Shapely women were what it was all about! (still is actually, for most men anyway)

I’m with you sister – I was totally born in the wrong decade. Possibly even the wrong century. There was a time when women with my curves were depicted in sexy oil paintings!

Holy hell – where’s a Delorean when you need one?

Elizabeth – I’ve always been curvy, I definitely would have been more at home when they were advertising this product!

Selina – I know hey? When did a bit of flab stop being fab? The Birth of Venus was the pinnacle of female beauty!

Nix – Selina posted about one from Think Geek. LOL Maybe we could get it working? I’ll start saving my tinfoil and toilet rolls and I’ll consult Gizmo Furby for design specs. :awe:

Me too! I have an hourglass figure, totally ’50s and ’60s style. I went to high school in the ’90s when heroine chic was in, so even at 110 lbs I still got called “fat” because (gasp) my thighs touched. Stupid Calvin Klein and his models, haha…

Can I spell? I meant “heroin chic.” Heroine chic might actually be cool. Like Wonder Woman or something.
